Have a couple of HP LJ P2035 printers deployed and connected via USB locally. Suddenly one began printing just blank pages; end user thought toner cartridge empty and installed new. Same issue with new toner. Both cartridges would print fine in a different same model printer. Swapped printers between PCs and printer that had been still printing fine with either toner cartridge began printing just blank pages, even after connecting back to PC it was originally connected to and printed fine from. Have tried every driver version including universal and then some, as well as all different install methods including exporting driver from computer that the printer last printed fine from and importing to other. Tried installing on computers neither printer had ever been installed on before (both Win7-64 and Win10-64,) and on some they would print fine until the printer was disconnected. After reconnecting to same computer, printer again would print only blank pages. On other computers, printer would install, jobs enter and leave print queue, but never print. Have reset printer (holding both buttons down while turning on). Just for fun, reinstalled original printer with issue back on the original PC it had been installed on and IT STARTED AND HAS CONTINUED TO PRINT??? While trying a WinVista-64 driver on a newly imaged PC with the other printer, the still malfunctioning printer spit out every job that had entered and left queue on other PC but did not print at that time!! The pages printed FINE and this was AFTER the printer had been reset; problem is, with this driver, the printer then continued to spit out blank pages non-stop unless powered off. Have installed new formatter board and still printing blank pages when connected via USB or over network. Have attempted to chat with HP at least 6 times over the past few months and chat session never connects. Just get email with case number but have NEVER heard back from HP. Not sure if this may be due to some Windows update. Web searches return nothing relevant. Flipping ridiculous. Anybody have ideas that may help?? Also...have replaced power and USB cables for good measure.
